When I was keeping New Zealand Blacks, my sister and I would call the babies "grapes" because that's how big they were and what they resembled, until they grew some hair and got their ears out somewhat. The eyes would open after about two to three weeks, but the eyes on a real rabbit are significantly smaller than this.
This is just cutesy.
